How do you keep sparring gear from slipping?
I sweat a lot when I spar and my hand gear and foot gear really slide around (they are macho brand – dipped foam). They get really slick very quickly and slide all over the place. Is there any way to keep them from slipping? I can’t buy different gear because my school requires us to use this specific gear.
Well the only thing that will help you is to not sweat so much. try to use some deodorant powder like talk powder or cornstarch baby powder. one thing about it foam dipped pads are going to make you sweat and when you sweat they are going to slip. it happens to everybody so just try to stay as dry as you can
