How old do you have to be to fight in mma?
ok im 16 i started training in mma and i was wondering how old i would have to be to start fighting with no head gear or anything and actually be able to hit in the face all i want to know is the legal age to do that i already know i have to train alot
o and i forgot to add i live in Rhode island
18 in most states in the US, but you can go to different gym’s and work out with the guys there. The gym I work out at has kids come by all the time. It helps keep them off the Street. Just train have fun and the day you can take the head gear off will come. Train Train Train…
